Reports
In the Reports list you can find all the logs registered by the plugin. It is possible to search the reports by IP address or username.
With the Search Tools it is possible to filter the reports by type or referer.
- Type - the report type. All the available types are Authentication Failure, IP Banned, Device Approved and Country Not Allowed.
- IP - the IP address of the user that raised the report. A red IP address means that it is blacklisted (or banned).
- User - the username of the logged in user (only if the user wasn't a guest).
- Referer - in which section of the website was raised the report: Admin (back-end) or Site (front-end).
- Created - the creation date of the report.
From the Manage section it is possible to delete the reports from the list or to ban the IP address of the selected reports.
By visiting the link of an IP address (if any) the plugin will try to retrieve the country where the customer was connected.
The button can be used to read a description of the report.
Authentication Failure
This report is raised every time a user fails a login. A login may fail in these cases:
- the username and/or password are empty
- the username doesn't exist
- the password doesn't match
By clicking it is possible to understand the reason of the error. The description may contain also the username and password used.
The authentication failure report can be caught in both the sections of the website (admin or site).
IP Banned
This report is raised when the Auto-Ban feature detects some bad login attempts. Usually, this report is preceded by a few (contiguous) authentication failure logs.
By clicking it is possible to read the reason of the ban. A reason is available only if the ban has been made manually from the reports list.
The IP banned report can be caught in both the sections of the website (admin or site).
Device Approved
This report is raised every time a new device is approved by the owner of the website. A device can be approved only if the Login Detection feature is enabled.
By clicking it is possible to read the details of the browser that was approved, such as Mozilla 5.0 (Mac).
The device approved report can be caught in both the sections of the website (admin or site), this because an administrator is able to approve a device from the front-end or the back-end.
Country Not Allowed
This report is raised every time a user, that comes from a country not allowed, visits the administrator folder of the website. It is possible to define the list of the allowed countries from the IP Auth configuration.
By clicking it is possible to read the country where the user was connected.
The country not allowed report can be caught only in the back-end section, because only the administrator folder can be protected.

This report is raised every time the system registers a new user account.
By clicking it is possible to see the details of the registered account, such as the name, the username and the e-mail.
