Bugs that occur while using the Embedded Video tool are usually related to the version of the SDK that you are using, which might rely on outdated resources. Before reporting the issue to our support team, we strongly recommend you to try using a newer version of the SDK, if any.

First of all, you should visit the following link to see all the available SDK versions:
https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/sections/9220917097869-web

The first article you see should represent the latest stable version of the Zoom SDK. You can copy the version number (like "2.11.5") and use this value for the SDK Version parameter, which you can find inside the configuration page of the plugin. After saving the changes, you can try to start a meeting and check whether the bug is still there.

The version of the SDK is automatically updated to the latest stable version only when a new version of our plugin is released. So, if you haven't updated Zoom for VikAppointments for a while, it is possible that you are using an outdated version of the SDK.
