It is possible to stop receiving table reservations by using the Rooms Closures feature. The rooms closures can be accessed from the Restaurant > Rooms page, by clicking the Manage Closures button.

Thanks to this tool it is possible to close all the rooms or only a part of them. In addition, the closures can take effect in 2 different modes: hourly and daily. This means that a room can be closed only for a few hours of a specific day or for a period (such as a week, a month, a season etc...).

Contrarily, if you need to stop the reservations for the current day only, it is possible to click the Stop Incoming Reservations button from the Dashboard of the program (Restaurant section).

It acts as a panic button that can be used to temporarily stop receiving any new tables reservations for the current day. It is possible to restart receiving the reservations by clicking the button again, which will now report a different text ("Allow Incoming Reservations"). If you don't press the button again, reservations will automatically restart at midnight of the next day.

This tool is useful when you are receiving too reservations and you believe that the restaurant won't be able to handle other.
