When activating a trigger for a specific service, the system will automatically create a meeting only in case the related appointment owns the selected trigger as service option. The same condition applies to the back-end too.

The configuration described in the following screenshot means that the related service will create a meeting only when the Appointment mode option, with Online video-call variation, is selected during the booking process.
