In case you need to delete a reservation that is assigned to a Zoom meeting, you should know that erasing that reservation from the system won't cancel also the meeting from your Zoom account. In fact, a meeting is deleted from Zoom only when the status of a reservation/appointment changes to CANCELLED.

For this reason, every time you need to delete a reservation from the system, you should set its status to CANCELLED first in order to properly delete the assigned meeting.

It is possible to understand whether the meeting has been properly deleted by checking the details of the reservation. As long as the meeting ID field is empty, the reservation is not assigned to any meetings.

Since the 1.1 version of the plugin, it is possible to manually delete a meeting without having to cancel the appointment. This can be done from the management page of the appointment, under the Zoom section, where it is placed an apposite danger button.
