If the Continue/Confirm Appointment button doesn't perform any actions when you click it, probably there is a misconfiguration related to the ZIP code and the ZIP restrictions.

In the settings of your services, make sure the Enable Zip Restriction parameter is disabled (unless your services are performed only in certain areas), otherwise a ZIP code validation will be required in the confirmation page.

Also, from the global configuration of VikAppointments, make sure the ZIP Code Field setting is set to NONE.

Remember to press the Renew Session button after saving the configuration.
