Order Confirmed without payment

If the payment form doesn't come up in the summary order page, probably the status of your orders is already CONFIRMED.

The payment methods are used only when the status of the orders is PENDING.

An order is set automatically to CONFIRMED only in 2 different cases:

• the total cost of the reservation/order is 0.00 and the "Default Status" parameter in the configuration is set to CONFIRMED.
  You should simply specify a deposit cost for your reservation and/or for your take-away items.
  
  
• the "Set-Auto Order Confirmed" parameter of your gateway is enabled.
  
  This parameter is used to skip the payment form and to automatically CONFIRM the orders, like the "Pay on Arrival" method of payment.
  When this option is enabled doesn't come an online transaction between the bank and the customer.
  You should disable this option is your payment method is used to collect credit/debit cards online, like PayPal, Stripe and so on.
