Why are some IPs colored?

A report IP address may assume 4 different colors/states:

• green - your current IP address matches the one assigned to the report (the report was generated by you).
• red - the IP address of the report is currently banned (the IP address is no more able to access your website).
• blue (linkable) - the IP address can be clicked to obtain the country of the user.
• black - the IP address is active and already assigned to a country.
